Typical training module is structured for mechanical, electrical, Control engineers, and supervisory personnel. Each modules will contain system concept, equipment details and their purpose, typical problems, how to trouble shoot, safety, safe start-up and shutdown and plant safety. Supervisory training module will impart knowledge of planning, hands-on training of operators, daily reporting, quick trouble-shooting skill, upgrade technical knowledge.
 
Training modules for design engineers is oriented to provide extensive knowledge of Power plant systems such as steam, feed-water, condensate, fuel feed, water and waste water, plant cooling water, electrical power distribution, single line, electrical cable routing, piping and instrument diagram, piping and valve system layout, prepare specification and its critical design parameters, optimization of system design, safe piping and valve system design, applicable codes and standards and where they are applicable to the design.
